Would you like to stay in this magnificent apartment in the beautiful city of São Leopoldo?

If you rent this superb two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, you’ll have a wonderful view of the area. It’s perfectly located between Unisinos train station and John Kennedy Avenue, and it’s only a twenty-minute walk from downtown.

There is a modern kitchen, with a nice table and a big window that allows you to see beautiful trees. There are two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room has a magnificent couch, a big television and it’s very light during the day. There is a central air conditioning, but there’s not wi-fi.

The neighborhood is very helpful and calm. When you need something, the person who lives in the apartment alongside won’t mind lending you. The public transportation are very convenient: there are both trains and buses close to the apartment.

This apartment is perfect for couples who have up to two children. Here, you can have one pet. Sorry, no smoking.

Here you can see a very beautiful bedroom, perfect for teenagers who love studying and having fun!
