It’s a spacious house with a kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a bunk), two bathrooms, a garage for two cars, a small frontyard, a pool on the backyard and a backboard.
The neighborhood is quiet, but ocasionally some neighbors turn their radio on the max volume. I can’t say that the district is completely safe, but thefts are not frequent. . The house is near a pizzeria and on the same street there is a market that sells a bit of everything.
